Submission of Papers

We invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit their original and unpublished work to the International Renewable, Gas & Oil, and Climate Change Conference (IREGOCCC). Submissions should align with the conference's themes and topics, as outlined on the Call for Papers page.

Important Submission Guidelines

• Originality: All submitted papers must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere.
• Formatting: Manuscripts must be adhered to the IEEE template , available in Word format.
• Language: Submitted manuscript could be written in Arabic or English .

Submission Tracks

We accept papers under the following tracks:

• - Regular Research Papers
• - Posters

It is the conference's scientific committee that decides whether a manuscript will be presented orally or in poster form.

Submission Process

Key Dates

• Abstract Submission Deadline: June 15, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: August 15, 2025
• Final Paper Submission: October 1, 2025

Review Process

• 1- All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
• 2- The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
• 3- Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper.

Publication and Indexing

All accepted and presented articles and posters will be published in the indexed conference proceedings. Extended versions of the presented articles will be considered for publication in one of the following journals:

• - Solar Energy and Sustainable Development (Scopus indexed)
• - Libya Journal for Applied Science and Technology
• - Wadi Al Shati Scientific Journal
